Our Classes
Reformer and Mat Pilates
New to the Reformer or mat Pilates? No problem. That is what we are here for. No experience is required. All levels are welcome. We offer classes for every level that focuses on strength, mobility, and cardio.
Doors open 10 minutes before class to allow time for set up. Socks are not required but we do recommend wearing grippy socks, and bring a water bottle. Mats and all other equipment are provided.
Mat Pilates takes place in Studio B and Reformer on Studio A side.

Yoga
Hour-long yoga sessions are practiced in a variety of paces from beginner to advanced. Focusing on long holds, deep breathing, and flow. Our Instructors use a variety of props throughout the class. Bring your own mat all other equipment will be provided.

Nia®
Deb Jump provides 2 different types of classes, Nia® Moving to Heal and Nia®. Nia® is a fun, non-impact, high-energy movement form that conditions the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. With moves and music to inspire joy, the choreography draws from a blend of dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts.
Nia® Moving to Heal is a gentle Nia® class with the intention of feeling better through the joy of movement. This is a free-will offering class with a portion of the proceeds going to a deserving organization.

Personal Training
One on one training with Angela Decker, ACE certified. Sessions are designed to help you build muscle and boost energy using bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands and more. We’ll focus on strenghth and function so you feel stronger and more capable in everyday life. Contact angela@thestudiocr.com.

Jumping Fitness
Jumping Fitness:
A low-impact, high-energy cardio workout on individual trampolines that’s easy on the joints and big on results. Each class combines music-driven movement with strength, balance, and endurance training.
Strength Focused Jumping Fitness Class:
Start with 15 minutes of Jumping Fitness to get your heart rate up, then hit full-body strength stations using bodyweight, dumbbells, or kettlebells. 40 seconds on, 10 seconds rest—every station is different, every workout is fresh, with a constant focus on good form. Lead by Andy and Romana Goodell of Jumping Fitness CR with Tenaya Kovach and Karey Hagerman.

Ballroom, Swing and Social Dance
Looking to connect, move, and express yourself through dance? I Christina brings over two decades of experience helping individuals and couples discover the joy of partner dancing—whether you're stepping onto the floor for the first time or looking to polish your technique.
Christina offers 45 minutes private lessons focused on leading, following, connection, musicality, and confidence. Her lessons are built around your goals, whether you're learning for fun, social dancing, preparing for a wedding, seeking a deeper connection with your partner, or training for amateur competition. After every lesson, she will offer to record a video summary for your reference, should you wish to practice at home.
